Profile
After earning a Chemistry degree, I interned at IMGT (Montpellier), analyzing immunoglobulin and T cell receptor loci. I annotated IG promoters, revealing conserved regulatory elements across species. My Master’s thesis in Applied Bioinformatics explored drug resistance in lung cancer using single-cell RNAseq. I later interned at CNAG, studying T regulatory cells and leukemia transcription factors. Now, I am a PhD candidate in the Cancer Immunogenomics group in IJC led by Eduard Porta. My research interests comprise of cancer immunology, tumor microenvironment and tumor architecture explored through high-throughput data like Spatial Transcriptomics. My project’s focus is on the architecture of Lymphoma (B-cell & T-cell).
