Profile

I studied my undergraduate degree in Biomedical Science at the University of Sussex in England. After, I decided to get some clinical experience, so I worked as a medical laboratory assistant in a hospital microbiology lab. This experience pushed me to return to academia and complete my master’s degree in biomedical research at Universitat Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona. Part of this course was a 6-month research project, which I completed at the IJC. After my time at the institute, I decided to pursue my PhD and apply to the CarrerasPathfinders programme as the projects on offer aligned with my research interests in haematological malignancies.
